1. Player Eligibility

a. Residency & Representation

  • i. Players currently residing in South Asia are eligible to participate. Eligible countries include:
    IndiaSri LankaAfghanistanBangladeshNepalBhutanMaldives
  • ii. Players with special roster, residency, or import-related concerns must contact tournament moderators before registration closes.
  • iii. Every player must compete using their own registered VALORANT account and Riot ID.
  • iv. Players found using fake identities, alternate accounts, or impersonating another player may face immediate disqualification.

2. Team & Roster Rules

  • i. Each team must maintain:
    • Five (5) starting players
    • One (1) optional substitute player
  • ii. Teams may not use unregistered players during any official match.
  • iii. Roster changes after tournament check-in are not allowed unless approved by tournament administration.
  • iv. Smurfing, account sharing, or boosting is strictly prohibited.
  • v. Any player found playing from an unregistered ID will result in immediate disqualification of the team and voiding of match results.

3. Prize Pool

  • i. The winning team will receive:
    1000 VALORANT Points (VP) per player
  • ii. Prize distribution may take up to 30 days after the tournament concludes.
  • iii. Teams may be required to verify identity and sign a prize confirmation receipt before payouts are processed.
  • iv. Any player banned by Riot Games before prize distribution may become ineligible for rewards.

4. Tournament Information

a. Patch Version

Matches will be played on the latest esports-eligible VALORANT patch.

b. Agent Pool

All agents are allowed unless officially restricted by Riot Games.

c. Map Pool

All matches will be played only on the Mumbai server.

e. Tournament Lobby Settings

The following settings must be used:

  • Allow Cheats: OFF
  • Tournament Mode: ON
  • Overtime Win by Two: ON
  • Play Out All Rounds: OFF
  • Hide Match History: OFF

f. Rescheduling

Match rescheduling is not permitted except under extraordinary circumstances approved by admins.

5. Fair Play & Competitive Integrity

a. Spoofing & Identity Verification

Tournament admins reserve the right to request:

  • Face camera verification
  • Screen sharing
  • POV recordings
  • Voice communication recordings
Failure to comply may result in penalties, match forfeits, or disqualification.

b. Fair Play Monitoring

If a player or team is flagged during screening or gameplay, admins may enforce additional fair play checks at any time.

c. Cheating

The following are strictly prohibited:

Any confirmed cheating will result in:

  • Immediate disqualification
  • Ban from future tournaments
  • Possible reporting to Riot Games

d. Competitive Conduct

Players must compete fairly and respectfully at all times. Unsportsmanlike conduct includes but is not limited to:

Admins reserve full rights to issue penalties depending on severity.

6. Map Veto Process

a. Best of One (BO1)

  1. Team A bans a map
  2. Team B bans a map
  3. Team A bans a map
  4. Team B bans a map
  5. Team A bans a map
  6. Team B bans a map
  7. Remaining map will be played
  8. Team A chooses starting side

b. Best of Three (BO3)

  1. Team A bans a map
  2. Team B bans a map
  3. Team A picks a map — Team B chooses side
  4. Team B picks a map — Team A chooses side
  5. Team A bans a map
  6. Team B bans a map
  7. Remaining map becomes decider — Team A chooses side

7. Schedule & Punctuality

  • All players are expected to be available according to the official tournament schedule.
  • Match schedules will be announced on the official Discord server and communicated to team captains/managers.
  • Teams must be present in the lobby at least 10 minutes before match start time.
  • A maximum 10-minute grace period will be allowed after official start time.
  • Failure to appear within the grace period may result in:
    • Match forfeiture
    • Map forfeiture
    • Full tournament disqualification
  • If both teams fail to appear, both teams may be disqualified.
  • Internet issues, hardware issues, or individual player problems are not valid reasons for delays.
  • Players are responsible for updating VALORANT before match time.

8. Match Rules

8.1 Before the Match

  • Tournament admins will conduct all official map vetoes.
  • All matches except finals will be self-hosted unless otherwise specified.
  • Shared screenshots of final match results will be considered official proof.
  • Teams are responsible for inviting correct players and using correct settings.

8.2 During the Match

a. Remake Conditions

A remake is allowed if:

  • A player fails to connect before Round 1 begins
  • Agent select fails and lobby closes

b. Technical Pauses

  • Each team is allowed: Maximum 5 minutes pause per half
  • Excessive pauses or abuse of pause system may result in penalties.
  • If issues persist beyond allowed pause duration, teams must either continue or forfeit.

c. Disconnects

Mid-round disconnects are the responsibility of the affected team.

d. Communication Rules

  • Backseat coaching is strictly prohibited.
  • Coaches are not allowed during matches.
  • Only tournament officials may communicate with players during live matches.
  • Global chat may only be used for constructive communication.
  • Spam, toxicity, or misuse of chat may lead to warnings or disqualification.

9. Substitutions

  • Substitutions are only allowed between maps in BO3 or longer series.
  • Teams must notify both referees and opponents within 5 minutes after the previous map ends.
  • Substitute players must already be registered on the official roster.

10. Protests & Disputes

  • Teams have 15 minutes after match completion to file an official protest.
  • Protests must include clear evidence such as:

  • Decisions made by tournament administration are final.
  • False protests or fake evidence may lead to penalties.

11. Post Match Procedures

  • Only the winning team captain must submit result screenshots in the official Discord submission channel.
  • In BO3 matches, teams will receive a 5-minute break between maps.
  • Failure to submit match proof may delay bracket progression or prize processing.

12. Penalties & Disciplinary Actions

First Offense

Admins may skip warning stages depending on severity of violation.

13. Admin Rights

  • Tournament admins reserve the right to:
    • Modify rules at any time
    • Interpret rules in special situations
    • Issue penalties based on severity
    • Resolve disputes at their discretion
  • Participation in the tournament means all players fully accept these rules and decisions made by tournament officials.

14. Streaming & Content

  • Players may stream matches unless specifically restricted by admins.
  • Stream sniping using tournament broadcasts is prohibited.
  • Tournament organizers reserve rights to use:

15. Refund Policy

  • All registration payments are final and non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be provided after successful tournament registration under any circumstances.
  • Teams or players disqualified for violating tournament rules, cheating, misconduct, use of unregistered IDs, or any other rule violation will not be eligible for any refund.
  • Failure to attend matches, schedule conflicts, internet issues, roster issues, or voluntary withdrawal will also not qualify for refunds.
  • By registering for the tournament, all participants automatically agree to the no-refund policy.

16. Final Notes

Respect all players, admins, and staff members.
Play fair.
Maintain competitive integrity.
Have fun and represent your team professionally.
